Introductory Classes

Studying the Science of Christian Science requires a unique mindset.

Before continuing on with your study of Science, we recommend that you spend some time with "Introductory Classes." Max Kappeler's introductory class, An Introduction to the Science of Christian Science, is a great place to start, especially if you are familiar with Christian Science. For those who are less familiar with Christian Science, find they have questions about the study, or want to spend more time getting a firm grasp of the overall subject, we recommend adding Joel Jessen's introductory materials to your study.

Spend as much time on these introductory classes as you feel you need. Getting a good foundation in Science prior to undertaking a study program will allow you to progress in Science more quickly in the long-run.

Introductory books are available to read online at no cost. Recorded classes are available on CD (mp3 format) for a very low special price (includes illustrative materials booklets).
